No, you will have the entire time of your rental to play and enjoy your equipment. We'll arrive early during the day of your event to ensure that everything will be ready before your activity start.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1 to 3 hours before the rental time begins. depending of how many rentals are schedule for that day, we may need to set up as early as 5 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the day before to confirm that someone will be at the party or event location.
If there is no one home when we attempt to deliver, we will move on to the next rental and your unit will be put at the end of the route.
Lonestar Moonwalk cleans and disinfects after every rental. We'll deliver and set up a clean inflatable.
Once the inflatable is unplugged they deflate. So the answer is YES, it needs to be plug the entire time in order to have a constant air supply to the inflatable. That´s the reason why we require an outlet within 50´ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker. We bring our own heavy duty cords.
We do parks set ups, if you want to set up in a park we will need the park information for insurance purposes and will provide you a certificate of insurance after your reservation is complete
Most parks do NOT have electricity. You may need to rent a generator.
If you need a generator, We can rent you one from our inventory.
We do not take personal checks, you can pay the balance of your rental with a credit card or cash. Our drivers do not carry cash, if you are paying your balance with cash please have the exact amount.
As we all know, weather is unpredictable and out of our control.
In the event of a cancellation of a reservation based on bad weather, the deposit paid as part of the reservation process will be hold as a "rain_check" valid for one year from the date of your original reservation.
The "rain_check" can be use for future reservations on any inflatable or equipment in our inventory.
Lonestar Moonwalk will never put profit before safety, that's why we reserve the right to cancel any event if we consider that the set up will be unsafe due but not limited to storm, high winds or rain conditions of 50% or higher during the day of your event.
If you cancel your event due to personal reasons, within 72 hours of the date of your event, your deposit will be forfeited as we reserve the equipment for your event, making it unavailable to other customer.
If you cancel your event for personal reasons before 72 hours of your event, your paid deposit will be a "rain_check" valid for a year.
Yes, all reservations require a Credit Card deposit. If you cancel your rental you will be given a rain-check that is good for 1 year.
Most of our bounce houses are 13´x13. The space required for each inflatable (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. If you are not sure, please measure your space to make sure it will fit. The inflatable needs room to be staked, the blower and can´t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the inflatable. The sizes listed with each inflatable include the space needed for stakes, blower etc. Please call our office to discuss options for setup if you have stairs or a tiered backyard
Please make sure that you have easy access to the area that will be set up, if is going to your backyard you need a gate that is at least 4 feet wide, some of our big inflatables can weight up to 1000 pounds, so we need a clear path with a lot of room.
Please check the requirements on each inflatable description.
Grass is the best one and the safest for the kids, but we also set up on concrete and asphalt (there is a extra set up fee for concrete and asphalt)
We can not set up on any type of rocks, because the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl.
Yes. Ones you complete your reservation, you will find a link In your receipt.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
Yes we do, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor, the travel fees can be quite high and a minimum order is required, If you don't see your city in our Delivery Fees Page, please call our office for a current quote.
Please note that the delivery fees are not just based on distance but also in time, the longer we have to travel the longer time it will take, limiting the number of schedule deliveries for the day
